Our Trust Team
Our Trust team consists of: a central Trust Team; a team of Lead Practitioners; and the MAT Leadership Team (MLT).
CLIC Central Team
Our Central Team are at the heart of the support and services offer for our schools. Our team bring a diverse range of skills and experiences to their varied roles and all work both horizontally (support which benefits all schools) and vertically (bespoke support for individual schools, based on contextual needs).

CLIC Lead Practitioner Team
Our Lead Practitioners are all experts in an area of specialism and are all current serving practitioners within one of the CLIC Schools. Each Lead Practitioner spends a set number of days per year offering support across the Trust in their area of expertise. This includes bespoke support for individual schools, running CPD or networks, leading collaborative events, and supporting policy and strategy development.
MAT Leadership Team (MLT)
Our MLT consists of all CLIC school headteachers and deputy headteachers. The MLT meet twice each half term, with members of the central team. One meeting each half term focuses upon quality of education and the other focuses upon all other elements of school leadership.
